1. Acceptance of These Terms

2. Payment Terms

• Internal recordkeeping and program preparation

Because preparation and administrative work often begin immediately, payment authorizes us to start providing the purchased services.

3. Refund Policy

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing for a particular program or event, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Coaching and consulting services

• Memberships and subscription programs

• Conferences, workshops, and events

• Online classes

Refunds will not be issued because of:

• Failure to complete required forms

4. Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree that:

• Each scheduled payment is due on the agreed date.

• Your payment obligation remains in effect until the balance is paid in full.

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

• We reserve the right to pursue any unpaid balances through legally available collection methods where permitted by law.

5. Authorization to Begin Services

By completing your purchase, you expressly authorize Unfailing Love Living Solutions Inc. to begin administrative preparation and service delivery immediately.

Preparation may include internal planning, participant enrollment, scheduling, communication, resource preparation, account setup, and other work necessary to provide the purchased service.

Services are considered to have commenced once this preparation begins.

6. Program & Service Timelines

Any timelines provided for coaching, consulting, educational programs, event preparation, or other services are estimates only.

Completion times may vary depending on factors such as participant responsiveness, scheduling availability, program requirements, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated dates are not guarantees.

7. Participant Responsibilities

To help us provide services efficiently, you agree to:

• Submit requested information promptly.

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Attend scheduled appointments when applicable.

• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe.

• Follow any participation requirements associated with your program or service.

Delays caused by a participant may affect service timelines and do not create eligibility for a refund.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have questions regarding your purchase, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a resolution.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Unfailing Love Living Solutions Inc. may provide documentation to payment processors or financial institutions if a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated. Such documentation may include purchase confirmations, communications, records of program enrollment, proof of access to digital materials, attendance records, and other information demonstrating fulfillment of the purchased service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to programs or services while a payment dispute is pending.

9. Memberships & Digital Content

Memberships, subscriptions, and digital resources provide immediate access to educational content, training materials, downloadable resources, and other intellectual property.

Because access is often granted immediately upon purchase, fees already paid for memberships, subscriptions, or digital products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Members may cancel future recurring payments in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for previous payments.

This version is broader than the original, removes the consulting-specific language, and is suitable for Unfailing Love Living Solutions Inc. whether it offers coaching, educational programs, memberships, conferences, digital resources, or community services.
