Our Services
Residential Services
All our caretakers provide assistance and support to our residents with their everyday independent living tasks. These include things like personal hygiene and care as well as maintaining healthy eating choices and consistent exercise.
Our group residents not only live together, they also cook together, participate in activities as a group, and learn to adapt and coexist in a diverse environment. Here everyone is accepted for the truly unique individual they are.
Day Services
Day Habilitation
Providing activities and training to maintain or enhance functionality skills are essential when preparing those with intellectual or developmental disabilities for employment. Not only that, it also helps to engage social involvement with others in their community.
While in our day habilitation programs, each of our residents’ individual needs and interests come into play. It’s not just maintaining academic and job skills, but also consistent exercise and leisure time.
Medical Services
Our dedicated nursing team provides 24/7 medical coordination, advocacy, and support to ensure each individual’s health, safety, and well-being. From managing medications and appointments to coordinating dental and physician care, we deliver comprehensive, person-centered healthcare services tailored to every individual’s needs.
Financial Services
We provide comprehensive support services, including eligibility assistance, financial management, and transitional guidance to help individuals and families navigate complex care systems with confidence. From benefits coordination to daily living support, our dedicated team is there every step of the way to ensure stability, clarity, and peace of mind.
Adaptive Aids
All HCS programs can get adaptive aids for your loved one through the HCS waiver. What separates a quality program from the rest is how long your loved one has to wait. The process has many steps, and many providers aren’t sufficiently experienced to know how to make the system work quickly for your loved one.
Minor Home Modifications
Sometimes, an intellectual disability co-occurs with a physical disability. For such people, maneuvering through a home can be challenging. Fortunately, there are funds available for such individuals for modifications to the home to promote maximum freedom of movement and minimize dependence on others.
Team Based Planning
Our dedicated, multidisciplinary team works together to provide coordinated, high-quality care tailored to each individual’s needs. From program leadership and case management to nursing and caregiving support, every team member plays a vital role in ensuring safety, dignity, and meaningful growth.
Professional Therapies
We coordinate a wide range of professional therapy services to support each individual’s physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Through licensed specialists and personalized care plans, we ensure consistent support, staff training, and positive outcomes that promote independence and quality of life.
